ok...well its showing u only have 97% of the file...so it looks like u changed it in some way after u uploaded it...did u change the size or name or something?

in that case it would be easier to remove the old file & to just create a new torrent w/a diff name and upload it...

and im not sure why ur upload is slow...make sure all ur settings for uploading are set correctly...
