Encoding

Encoder: LAME3.96.
Encoder Settings: Constant Bit Rate 320 kbps (Free-Format)
Audio Quality: Very High (Lossy)
Sample Rate: 44.1 KHz

Humble Suggestions

Edit: Use LAME 3.97 (http://www.free-codecs.com/download/Lame_Encoder.htm) instead of LAME.3.96.

By using the latest version of LAME we increase quality significantly.

Don't use the Free-Format command lines!

use --preset insane for 320kbps CBR or
use --preset extreme for 320kbps VBR

This will enhance the quality of the sound significantly by using these designated command lines.

Good work with keeping the Sample Rate @ 44.1 Hz, most of the time we get people ripping to 44.8 Hz which is incorrect because 44.1Hz is for CD and 44.8 Hz is for DVD.
