MUSIC THERAPY FOR DE-STRESS AND RELAXATION

Way to perform:
1. Turn the song. not too loud just to dominate from other noise in a room or external noise,make your self comfortable by sitting , sleeping condition.*don't stress your body with any kind of pain.***your back bone must be in a straight condition for best effect.
2.Close your eyes and take a good deep breath for few times.
3. focus on your fore head in between your both eye brow.(focus on: only one of these matter as examples ,, work,, studies,,family,,wealth,,health,,god-any god.
4.breath in and out focused on the fore head.Image your focused particular matter"only ONE please"
5.Continue for 10min for beginners.once you feel like to finish take deep breathe and open your eyes slowly,,THAT'S IT, DO IT, FEEL THE CHANGES,,,TRY ,,,ANY DAUTH MAIL ME HERE..
