Banner/Signature Competition !!!

Folks,

I see lots of people in the forum are having extremely nice artistic skills !! Unfortunately i dont :(

However, i feel so happy and on seeing cool banners and your creative talents...

Why dont we start a banner/signature competition ..

Rules :
1. The competition duration runs for a week (Ends on 1/28)
2. Each contestent can post one banner.
3. Maxmium Signature/Banner size: 600 X120
4. You may edit/repost your banner any number of times within this week.
5. End of this week, I will post a poll, where fellow members can vote and choose
the "Banner-SuperStar".
6. No banner editing after 1/28 :)
7. Poll Runs for 2 weeks after 1/28.
8. Banner Super Star title Poll will be concluded and decided on 14th Feb. :cool:

If you had read the rules, it is clearly stated that if you were the last one to post in a particular thread and you want to post again, edit your previous post. Hi Sitharam, This contest is for everyone !! You are most welcome to participate !! Its alright if you have only one signature !! As a matter of fact, everyone has to finalize only one signature finally (refer contest rules). You can see people posting multiple banner to get feedback from others !!

Hi logitech, Go to the edit signature under User CP.
Then try to use the insert image option(from toolbar) and paste your image url.. That should generally work for image files... i am not sure of swf files though !!

Yes Thank you logitech for the feedback but the picture on the left wasnt suppose to be visible, I was tryin to give the Sig a mixed type of feelings....So the feelings isnt directed right away, the stuff in it werent intended to be seen right away... :)

Hi logitech, the problem with your image link is that you are not attaching the image directly. You are (or the site you are hosting) is using a script (php) to resolve your image file. Thats why it does not work. if you know the location of the file thilanirshad9on.swf, post it directly.

Sorry I couldnt understand.. what you mean dude? Your signature should be made by you/your own.. no copying from other forums or websites and modifying it!!. Just try to make a simple signature with the help of photoshop. Its not about winning.. this competion is all about participation and making TT a happening place . :)

The size and the banner is really nice, if their is some negative points i should point out then it can be only 1 thing, cause rest is super.. its ur colour.. its 1 colour banner.. when u use the background colour and ur tekst colour is same, it looks a bit boring... orelse the banner is really nice

OK found a solution, Admins of forum have to install a flash Mod... then we will be able to insert flash with simple tags.
